K. Dulani Chamika Ranaweera was awarded the Championship shield at the school prize giving of Sujatha Vidyalaya in 2004 She is a dynamic student in her academic career as well. She has been awarded the following too. Junior National Athletic Event 2004 Under 16 Long Jump - 3 rd Place.

• Inter school sports 2004 Under 17, 100 Meters - 2 nd Place (Colors).
• Sir John Tarbet Senior Competition 2004 Under 16, 100 Meters Long Jump. (Established a new Record - 15.6 seconds) - 1 st Place.
• 30 th All Island National Sports Meet 2004, 100 Meters Long Jump - Represented the Southern Province.
• Waverly International Netball Tournament at Melbourne Australia - Represented as the Youngest School Player from Sri Lanka .
• In addition to athletics Netball, Handball, Badminton, Throw Ball were her other interests in the field of sports capacity as the Best Plays.

• Won the third place and colours by participating to the National Athlaic school games for the Putt.
• Won the second place by participating to the Sir Jone Tarbet Championship for the Putt.

• Won the Third place for the participation of 100m in National Junior Athlaic Games.

• Member of the Sri Lanka Shcool Netball team for the International School Netball Competition held in Australia.
• Was able to be a new record holder by being a participant for the 100m in Sir Jone Tarbet Championship.
• Won colours for the National School Games for 100m second place.
• Won third place for the long jump event and won National Junior Championship.

4th of June His Excellency Priminister was the chief gust for the opening ceremony at our school newly build computer lab. The present government donated 10 new computers to the school on the same day. There was a workshop related to Information technology to the school children too. Priminister Mr.Mahinda Rajapaksha, Deputy Education Minister Mr.Mangala Samaraweera, Education Director Mrs.Tara De Mel, Principal Mrs.C.H.Pinidiya are in picture.
